If you have an existing website, please provide the website address. Otherwise, attach a Docs or PDF document for each webpage.

Add Images

Please provide all the images you wish to add to your site. You may use your own images or approved images directly from your vendors or Royalty Free. (jpg, png, svg, pdf, ai, eps, psd)

Reference Websites

"Please note, if you do not give us examples of other website, we will choose a design theme and we will only make modifications to that theme. We WILL NOT restart the project on a new design theme. If you have ideas as to what you would like your site to look like, this is where you have an opportunity to share examples with us that we can use to create your site".

Other Documents & Attachments

Please provide any further details, comments, or attachments such as company flyers, brochures, etc. that can provide us clear directions or explanations for the attachments you wish for us to review and add to your website.

Sharing Access Instructions

  1. Sharing Google My Business:
    1. Sign in to Google My Business.
    2. If you have multiple locations, open the location you'd like to manage.
    3. Click on "Users" from the menu.
    4. Click the "Invite new users" icon at the top right of the page.
    5. Enter the email address of the user you'd like to add.
    6. Select the user's role by choosing "Owner", "Manager", or "Site manager".
    7. Click "Invite". The invited user will receive an email and can accept the invitation.
  2. Adding to an AdWords Account:
    1. Sign in to your Google Ads account.
    2. Click on the tools icon in the top right corner.
    3. Under "Setup", click "Access and security".
    4. Click on the blue plus button to add a new user.
    5. Enter the email address of the new user.
    6. Choose the access level you want to provide.
    7. Click "Send invitation".
  3. Sharing GoDaddy (Domain Registrar) Login:
    1. Sign in to your GoDaddy account.
    2. Click on your username in the top right corner and select "Delegate Access".
    3. Click on "Grant Access".
    4. Enter the Name and Email address of the person you want to grant access to.
    5. Select the access level: "Products & Domains" or "Products, Domains & Purchases".
    6. Click "Invite". The invited user will receive an email with instructions to accept the access.
